This focused 1:1 session blends intuitive energy work with personalized herbal and flower essence support, helping you address the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic roots of imbalance.

Before your session: You’ll complete a simple electronic intake form so I can understand your needs and goals.

During your session: Sessions are held virtually unless otherwise determined. We begin with energy work to open and clear your system, followed by a conversation about what emerged and what you’re seeking. Using a combination of your intake, our discussion, and my intuitive impressions, I create a custom herbal or flower essence tailored to you.

After your session: You’ll receive your herbal blend shipped to you along with written usage guidance, so your healing continues between sessions.

Best results come from a series of sessions, allowing us to support your body, mind, and spirit over time. Packages are available for 3 sessions with $50 of savings by purchasing as a package.

Your custom creation: From this connection, I create both a personalized herbal or flower essence blend and an original abstract painting inspired by your energy. The painting is not a literal image—it’s an energetic translation in color, texture, and movement, designed to reflect and support your transformation.

Your keepsake: You’ll receive your herbal remedy along with your one-of-a-kind artwork, a lasting reminder of your path toward balance, vitality, and self-discovery.
