How are your products made?
Each Sun-Kissed Botanicals product is crafted in small batches, honoring traditional herbal methods while also infusing each creation with intention and positive energy. I work with organic and sustainably wildcrafted herbs, preserving their vitality and full spectrum of plant constituents. This hands-on, heart-centered approach ensures every remedy carries both the physical and energetic benefits of the plants and the spirit of the land from which they come.

Do you offer custom herbal blends?
Yes. I create custom herbal remedies and flower essence blends based on your unique needs, either through a consultation or by request.

Why is there sediment in my tincture or tonic?
Sediment is a natural part of whole-plant herbal preparations. Certain plants contain inulin, a natural plant fiber found in herbs like dandelion root, burdock root, and chicory root. Inulin supports healthy gut flora and may settle at the bottom of your bottle—simply shake gently before use.

Are your products safe for children?
I do offer a few gentle options for children, such as my Baby Bum Cream. If you’re considering any of my products for a child, please consult your healthcare provider.

What if I’m pregnant or nursing?
If you are pregnant or nursing, please consult with your healthcare provider before using herbal products. I’m happy to provide a full ingredient list to share with them.

Can I take herbal products with my prescription medications?
Consult your healthcare provider before combining herbs with prescription medications, as some herbs can interact with certain drugs. I’m happy to provide full ingredient lists to share with your provider.

How should I store my herbal products?
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Salves and creams may benefit from refrigeration in warm climates.

My ready-made herbal products are crafted for general support. Consultations allow me to work directly with you, combining energy work, discussion, and a custom herbal or flower essence blend tailored to your unique needs.

We begin with an electronic intake form before your appointment so I can learn about your history, goals, and needs. During the session, we start with energy work to help open and balance your system, followed by a discussion of what came up for you and what I noticed. I then create a custom herbal or flower essence blend tailored to your needs, which you’ll receive with full usage guidance.

How do I prepare for my session?
Find a quiet space where you can relax without interruptions for the full duration of your session. Wear comfortable clothing, have water nearby, and if your session is virtual, ensure a stable internet or phone connection. You may wish to set an intention for what you’d like to focus on.
